We got a lot of answers for my Dad yesterday. He will be moving to a skilled nursing facility near San Francisco for about four weeks. This is to give time to get rid of the infection. I do think it is wise that they keep him in San Francisco, because that is where his surgeon is. Transporting him back to Fresno would just cause more pain at this point.
When the infection is cleared, they will determine if surgery is required. This is obviously going to be a long journey, so we are praying for God's healing and wisdom for the doctors and us.
