Outside My Kitchen Window

I spotted this guy yesterday. Poor fella, I think he's as tired of the heat as I am!


I also think he was very smart to find a cool block wall to lay his belly on for a little while.


He reminded me of our pet squirrel, Sam. You can read all about him (and all the other pets I grew up with) here.
