Wake Up Singing!

I received the following quote from Runner's World yesterday:

I love it! I do wake up alert most mornings raring to go for a run or bike ride. But no matter what your physical condition, you can still wake up with a song. Give this one a try:

And just in case you think you have nothing to sing about ~ Bridgers wrote this song in 1910 after a tragic fire killed his wife and three sons. Jesus is still the sweetest name I know!
