The word circular has several definitions:
1. having the form of a circle.
2. (of an argument) already containing an assumption of what is to be proved, and therefore fallacious.
3. a letter or advertisement that is distributed to a large number of people.
Today I am focusing on the third definition. I am SO thankful that
the avalanche of political circulars that have been coming in the mail
have finally stopped!
