My morning run is also my "quiet time" with God. I'm amazed at how often thoughts come to me, situations that need prayer, things I need to work on personally, all while I'm out running in the morning. There are no phones to answer, no dishes to washes, no computer to be distracted by... just me and God. And since I'm often too out of breath to speak, it's His turn.
The choices I make after time with God are definitely wiser and kinder.
