It's summer time, so along with swimming and lots of ice tea, that means peach cobbler around here. I made one last night and it was so good. Les said, "Why haven't you made this before?"
Well... I actually have made it before and I even posted the recipe on this blog! You can read all about it here. The funny part is what I wrote at the end of the recipe:
This was DE-LISH!! Les only had one question, "Why didn't you make this sooner?"
It has been almost four years since I made this, so I think the real question is, why don't I make this more often!
