I made Crescent Chicken Casserole on Wednesday. It is a favorite of ours. Super easy and the leftovers are great! I reread my original blog post with the recipe and remembered that I got the recipe from Tammy Batson. She passed away in May of this year at the young age of 44.
There is a link in the original post to Tammy's recipe blog "Table for Three." I spent a little time reading her recipes and comments. It's like sitting in her kitchen cooking with her. She also documented the entire cooking process - something I'm very terrible about doing! She has some great recipes and even shares cook-ahead ideas for potlucks or meals to take to someone else. I'll be giving some of her other recipes a try in the near future!
