November flew by! Les was home from McBRAAM less than a week when we flew to Hawaii.
I got in some good running.
Got hugs from one of my favorite little people...
We came home the Friday before Thanksgiving.
Les and I decided to spend Thanksgiving alone this year. This was our 29th Thanksgiving together (Les spent Thanksgiving 1989 with my family - we'd only been dating a couple months at that time) and only the third time we did not spend it with one of our families. We decided to go to Carmel. We had our Thanksgiving dinner at the Madonna Inn and it was incredible! I ordered the turkey dinner and Les got the ham so we could have some of both.
We spent Black Friday on our bikes! We rode 25 miles, most of it on 17 Mile Drive.
There are a lot of beautiful places in this world, but the central California coast is one of my favorites! I have so many memories from my childhood - it was our escape the crazy summer heat of Fresno go to spot.
We ate at La Bicyclette on Saturday.
And now it's Christmas time at our house! I spent seven hours decorating yesterday. I haven't gone all out in about six years, but this year I put everything out. Pictures coming soon!
